Who We Are

Dynamics Hub ("we", "us") operates the dynamicshub.net platform and is the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at info@dynamicshub.net.

When you create an account you are asked to confirm that you have read and accept this Privacy Policy together with our Terms of Service. We record the date and the version you accept as part of your account record.

Information We Collect

  • Account details such as name, email, and role (consultant or company).
  • Optional demographic details you may choose to provide at sign-up — gender and date of birth. These are entirely voluntary, may be left blank, and are used only for aggregate community insights; they are never required to use the platform and are removed when you delete your account.
  • Profile information you submit — professional details, photo, skills, certifications, work experience, company data, and any documents you upload (e.g. CVs and cover letters).
  • Content you create through the platform: job postings and applications, quote/SOW requests (including project and client details you enter), in-platform messages, contact and newsletter submissions.
  • Payment information for paid services. Card details are processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical data such as IP address, an approximate country derived from your IP at sign-up, browser and device type, and session identifiers.
  • Usage and analytics data — but only if you accept analytics cookies (see Cookies below).

How We Use Your Information & Legal Bases

  • To provide the service (performance of a contract): run your account, the job board, talent directory, messaging, and generate the documents you request.
  • To improve and secure the platform (legitimate interests): prevent abuse, debug errors, and develop features.
  • Analytics and marketing (consent): only where you have opted in.
  • Legal compliance (legal obligation): meet our accounting, tax, and other legal duties.

AI Processing of Your Content

Some features are powered by third-party AI providers — Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, and Google (Gemini). When you use them, the content you submit is sent to these providers to produce the output. This affects:

  • The AI document generator and "import from CV" (your CV/resume text, which can contain significant personal data, is sent for parsing and generation).
  • The SOW generator (the project and client details you enter).
  • The Hub Assistant help chat (the messages you type).

These providers process the content to return a result and, under their API terms, do not use it to train their models. Do not paste personal data of other people into these tools unless you are authorised to. If you would rather not have content processed by AI, simply do not use these optional features.

Data Sharing & Sub-processors

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform, under contracts that limit their use of it, including:

  • Hosting/infrastructure — to operate the application and database.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Anthropic, OpenAI, Google — the AI features described above.
  • Google Analytics — usage analytics, loaded only after you accept analytics cookies, with IP anonymisation enabled.
  • Email delivery — to send service notifications.

We also share information where required by law, or with another party at your explicit direction (for example, a company you apply to or message).

International Transfers

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and pursue legitimate business purposes. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your profile data; some records may be retained where the law requires (e.g. invoicing).

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.

  • Update your profile and account settings at any time.
  • Delete your account (and associated profile data) yourself under Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing us.
  • Request a copy of your data, or exercise any other right, by emailing info@dynamicshub.net.
  • Withdraw analytics consent by clearing cookies or declining the cookie banner.
  • You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site (e.g. to keep you signed in). Analytics cookies are optional and load only after you accept them via the cookie banner; you can decline without losing access to core features.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
