Meet the Founder

After years working as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect in Western Europe and completing an MBA at Oxford's Saïd Business School, Joni made a life change that opened his eyes: relocating to Albania. The difference in take-home pay was staggering—same clients, same work, but significantly more income staying in his pocket.

That experience sparked an idea. Joni founded Dynamics Hub to help other consultants access the same opportunity—without having to relocate themselves. By establishing the company within Albania's technology park, consultants across Europe can now benefit from the same favorable structure.

Today, Dynamics Hub connects exceptional D365 professionals with the companies that need them, while offering legal, transparent ways to optimize their financial outcomes. Because talented consultants deserve to keep more of what they earn.

Malda Shushku - Commercial Director

Malda Shushku

Commercial Director

Malda brings an engineering mind and a commercial instinct to Dynamics Hub. With a background spanning business development, data platforms, and project delivery across the UK and Europe, she has spent her career opening new markets and turning complex systems into tools people actually enjoy using. Before joining, she led market entry and large scale technology rollouts in the energy sector and founded her own AI powered health app, taking it from idea to the App Store.

As Commercial Director, she puts that experience to work growing the platform and building partnerships that make Dynamics Hub better for consultants and companies alike.

When she is not doing that, you will find her on a volleyball court or a salsa dance floor.
