Job Description

Lead the design and configuration of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions — Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights — on the Power Platform/Dataverse. As a Senior D365 CE Consultant you'll run requirements workshops, build model-driven apps, design the security model, and deliver scalable CRM solutions for international clients, advising them on best practice and the latest AI-driven productivity features. A strong fit for a CE consultant who likes owning the functional design across multiple customer-facing apps and shaping how clients actually adopt them.

Responsibilities

  • Lead CE requirements workshops and translate them into configuration and functional designs.
  • Configure and deliver Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights (Journeys/Data) on Dataverse.
  • Build model-driven apps, business process flows, security roles, and the security model.
  • Design automation with Power Automate and low-code extensions with Power Apps; advise on Power Platform governance.
  • Author FDDs and collaborate with developers on plug-ins and custom integrations.
  • Drive UAT, data-migration validation, key-user training, and go-live/hypercare.
  • Advise clients on best practice and AI-driven seller/agent productivity (Copilot).

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a D365 CE / CRM functional consultant with full-cycle implementations.
  • Deep configuration knowledge of at least two of Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights.
  • Strong Power Platform and Dataverse foundation; security-model design experience.
  • Comfortable authoring FDDs and leading client workshops in English.
  • Nice to have: Power Automate and canvas/model-driven app development; Field Service; integration (Dataverse, dual-write to F&O, Azure); Copilot for Sales/Service implementation.
  • Certifications valued: MB-280 (Customer Experience Analyst — existing holders credited); PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant); MB-240 (Field Service) where relevant.
