Responsibilities

• Develop F&O extensions and customizations in X++ using the extension framework (no overlayering) — forms, tables, classes, data entities.
• Author Technical Design Documents (TDDs) from functional designs and advise on technically sound approaches.
• Build and maintain integrations: OData, custom services, DMF, dual-write, Logic Apps, and Azure middleware.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD via Azure DevOps; manage builds, branching, and code merges.
• Optimize performance and ensure quality through reviews, unit testing, and best-practice checks.
• Support data-migration tooling and SSIS/data-flow work where relevant.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and architects to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years developing on D365 F&O / AX with strong X++ and the modern extension model.
• Solid integration experience across the F&O stack (OData, custom services, Data Management Framework, dual-write, Azure services).
• Hands-on Azure DevOps ALM: pipelines, source control, build/release management.
• Ability to write clear TDDs and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• English working proficiency.
• Nice to have: Power Platform/Dataverse and Power Automate; C#/.NET, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus; SSIS/data-engineering for migration and BI flows; extending Copilot/AI agents in F&O.
• Certifications valued: MB-500 (F&O Apps Developer Associate); PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) a plus.
