Job Description

Drive new business for our Microsoft Dynamics practice. As a Business Development Manager you'll build pipeline, develop client and partner relationships, and lead opportunities from first conversation through proposal and close across D365 and Power Platform services. You'll work closely with delivery and presales to shape compelling, deliverable solutions for enterprise clients. For a consultative seller who knows the Dynamics ecosystem and how to win the right work.

Responsibilities

  • Build and qualify pipeline across D365 and Power Platform services.
  • Develop client, prospect, and Microsoft partner relationships.
  • Lead opportunities from discovery through proposal, SOW, and close.
  • Work with presales and delivery to shape deliverable, value-led solutions.
  • Own forecasting, CRM hygiene, and deal governance.
  • Represent the practice at events and in the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Contribute to go-to-market propositions and pricing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development/sales within the Microsoft Dynamics or ERP/CRM services market.
  • Proven track record building pipeline and closing services/consulting deals.
  • Strong understanding of the D365 and Power Platform value proposition.
  • Experience with the Microsoft partner ecosystem and co-sell motions.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; confident at executive level.
  • Nice to have: bid/proposal leadership; vertical-market networks; SOW and commercial structuring.
