Run the project management office for our Dynamics 365 delivery portfolio. As a PMO Analyst / Lead you'll establish and maintain governance, reporting, planning and financial tracking standards across programs, giving leadership a clear, consistent view of delivery health. You'll own the cadence, templates and data that keep multiple D365 engagements on track. Ideal for someone who brings order, visibility and rigour to a busy delivery portfolio.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain PMO governance, templates, and delivery cadence.
Consolidate program/project status, RAID, and milestone reporting for leadership.
Track project financials, resourcing, utilisation, and forecasts.
Maintain portfolio dashboards and surface risks and dependencies.
Support project managers with planning, quality, and methodology adherence.
Coordinate resource management and capacity planning.
Drive continuous improvement of delivery standards.
Requirements
5+ years in a PMO role, ideally supporting ERP/CRM or D365 delivery.
Strong governance, planning, RAID, and status-reporting practice.
Experience with project financials, resource tracking, and utilisation reporting.
Hands-on with Azure DevOps and/or Project for the Web; advanced Excel.
Excellent written and spoken English; strong stakeholder coordination.
Nice to have: Power BI portfolio dashboards; methodology ownership (Success by Design); resource management.
Certifications valued: PRINCE2, PMI, or P3O; D365 Fundamentals (MB-910/MB-920).
