Responsibilities

• Own the program plan, governance, and value realisation across multiple projects.
• Manage program budget, margin, resourcing, and commercial conversations.
• Coordinate project managers, architects, and workstream leads.
• Maintain program-level RAID, status reporting, and steering-committee communication.
• Manage client and partner stakeholders, escalations, and change.
• Align program scope and roadmap with business outcomes.
• Drive program-level cutover readiness, go-live, and benefits tracking.

Requirements

• 10+ years managing ERP/CRM delivery, including multi-project Dynamics 365 (or AX/CRM) programs.
• Strong command of program governance, structured methodology, and agile at scale (SAFe).
• Proven budget, margin, and multi-stakeholder ownership on enterprise programs.
• Experience coordinating multiple project managers and delivery streams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; confident at steering-committee and executive level.
• Nice to have: program-rescue/turnaround; multi-partner coordination; portfolio reporting (Power BI).
• Certifications valued: PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe; D365 Fundamentals (MB-910/MB-920).
