Bridge business and delivery on Dynamics 365 programs. As a Senior D365 Business Analyst you'll elicit and document requirements, map current and future-state processes, and translate business needs into clear backlogs and functional specifications for the delivery team. You'll work across finance, operations and customer functions, keeping scope, value and process at the centre. Ideal for an analyst who is as comfortable with a process map as with a product backlog.
