Own the end-to-end solution design for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement programs. As Senior Solution Architect (CE) you'll translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable Power Platform/Dataverse architectures, lead fit-gap analysis, govern design decisions, and act as the technical authority across functional and development teams. You'll shape integration, security and ALM strategy across Sales, Service and Customer Insights. A role for an architect who likes both the blueprint and the detail.
Responsibilities
Lead solution design across CE apps; produce and govern blueprints, FDDs, and decision logs.
Run fit-gap and fit-to-standard analysis; drive configuration-first decisions.
Define integration, security, and data-migration architecture.
Own environment and ALM strategy: solutions, pipelines, and release governance.
Review functional and technical designs for feasibility, performance, and security.
Guide consultants and developers; resolve cross-stream design conflicts.
Align solution scope with business value and program timeline.
Requirements
8+ years in the Dynamics CE/CRM ecosystem, with 3+ programs in a lead architect capacity.
Deep cross-app knowledge of CE (Sales, Customer Service, and ideally Field Service/Customer Insights).
Strong Power Platform/Dataverse architecture, security-model, and integration design.
Solid grasp of ALM, solution strategy, environment management, and DevOps.
Ability to write and govern design documentation and lead design-authority forums.
Nice to have: dual-write/integration to F&O; Copilot for Sales/Service; industry vertical depth.
