Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for AI/Copilot solutions across D365 and Azure.
• Design grounding, retrieval, orchestration, and agent patterns for enterprise scale.
• Set standards for security, identity, data governance, and responsible AI.
• Govern architecture artifacts, design-decision logs, and reference patterns.
• Review designs for feasibility, performance, cost, and supportability.
• Guide developers and consultants; resolve cross-stream design conflicts.
• Align AI architecture with business value and program roadmaps.

Requirements

• 8+ years in architecture/engineering, with recent lead experience on AI/Copilot solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, RAG/grounding, and agentic patterns.
• Strong D365/Power Platform and Dataverse architecture background.
• Expertise in security, identity, data governance, and responsible AI.
• Ability to write and govern architecture artifacts and lead design-authority forums.
• Nice to have: Copilot Studio at scale; multi-agent orchestration; cost/performance optimization; industry vertical depth.
• Certifications valued: AI-102 and AB-100 (Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect) where held.
