Job Description

Responsibilities

• Run AI discovery workshops and prioritise high-value, feasible use cases.
• Shape Copilot and agent strategy across D365 and the Microsoft estate.
• Advise on data readiness, security, licensing, and responsible-AI governance.
• Define value cases, success metrics, and adoption/change plans.
• Coordinate with developers and architects to deliver pilots and rollouts.
• Guide clients through measurement and scaling of AI initiatives.
• Provide best-practice advice and enablement to client teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in consulting within the Microsoft/D365 ecosystem, with recent AI/Copilot focus.
• Strong grasp of Copilot across D365 (Sales, Service, Finance, Power Platform) and Copilot Studio.
• Ability to run use-case discovery, value cases, and adoption/change planning.
• Understanding of data readiness, security, and responsible-AI governance.
• Excellent written and spoken English; confident in client-facing workshops.
• Nice to have: Azure OpenAI awareness; industry vertical depth; licensing and ROI modelling.
• Certifications valued: AI-900 and relevant D365/Power Platform credentials.
