Job Description
Build AI and Copilot capabilities for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform programs. As a Senior Copilot / AI Developer you'll develop custom copilots, plugins and AI-powered features, integrate Azure OpenAI and Dataverse, and engineer retrieval and grounding pipelines that are secure and production-ready. You'll work where pro-code meets generative AI, extending D365 and Power Platform with genuinely useful intelligence. For a developer who wants to ship real AI, not demos.
Responsibilities
Develop custom copilots, plugins, and AI-powered features for D365 and Power Platform.
Build retrieval/grounding pipelines using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Dataverse.
Engineer secure, production-ready APIs and orchestration for AI features.
Implement evaluation, monitoring, and responsible-AI guardrails.
Optimize prompts, performance, and cost.
Author technical designs and conduct code reviews.
Collaborate with consultants and architects to deliver fit-for-purpose AI.
Requirements
5+ years in software development, with recent hands-on building AI/Copilot solutions.
Strong C#/.NET and/or TypeScript; experience with Azure OpenAI and the Microsoft AI stack.
Experience building Copilot extensions/plugins and RAG/grounding pipelines.
Power Platform and Dataverse fluency; API and integration skills.
English working proficiency.
Nice to have: Copilot Studio; vector stores/Azure AI Search; prompt engineering and evaluation; responsible-AI practices.
Certifications valued: AI-102 and PL-400 where held.
