Responsibilities

• Lead discovery for conversational and agentic use cases; define success measures.
• Build copilots in Copilot Studio: topics, actions, knowledge sources, and autonomous agents.
• Ground agents in Dataverse, D365, and enterprise knowledge with appropriate guardrails.
• Orchestrate actions via Power Automate and custom connectors.
• Establish governance, security, and responsible-AI practices for deployed agents.
• Author designs and collaborate with developers and architects.
• Drive testing, key-user training, and go-live/hypercare.

Requirements

• 4+ years in the Power Platform / D365 ecosystem, with hands-on Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents) delivery.
• Experience building topics, actions, and (where relevant) autonomous agents grounded in business data.
• Strong Power Platform and Dataverse foundation; Power Automate for actions/orchestration.
• Understanding of generative-AI grounding, prompts, and responsible-AI guardrails.
• English working proficiency; confident leading client workshops.
• Nice to have: Azure OpenAI; knowledge sources/RAG patterns; integration to D365 CE/F&O; security and governance for agents.
• Certifications valued: PL-200 / PL-600 and AI-900 where held.
