Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Operations requirements workshops and map project processes to D365 standard.
• Configure project contracts, WBS, resourcing, time & expense, approvals, and billing.
• Design solutions across the sales-to-delivery-to-invoice project lifecycle.
• Solution resource scheduling, utilisation, and project accounting/revenue recognition.
• Coordinate the CE/F&O boundary and supporting integrations.
• Author FDDs and collaborate with developers on extensions.
• Drive UAT, data migration, key-user training, and go-live/hypercare.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a D365 Project Operations / Project Service Automation (PSA) consultant with full-cycle implementations.
• Strong configuration knowledge of project contracts, WBS, resourcing, time & expense, and billing.
• Understanding of the CE/F&O deployment models and project accounting.
• Solid Power Platform and Dataverse foundation.
• Comfortable authoring FDDs and leading client workshops in English.
• Nice to have: integration to finance for revenue recognition; resource scheduling; professional-services industry depth.
• Certification valued: PL-200 or relevant Project Operations credentials where held.
