Responsibilities

• Lead HR requirements workshops and map people processes to D365 HR standard.
• Configure core HR, positions, leave & absence, benefits, compensation, and performance.
• Design org structures, workflows, and self-service experiences for managers and employees.
• Solution multi-country policy, compliance, and data-privacy scenarios.
• Coordinate integrations to payroll, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
• Author FDDs and collaborate with developers on extensions.
• Drive UAT, data migration, key-user training, and go-live/hypercare.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a D365 HR (or Talent/AX HCM) functional consultant with full-cycle implementations.
• Strong configuration knowledge of core HR, leave & absence, benefits, compensation, and performance.
• Experience with multi-country HR policies, org structures, and position management.
• Understanding of integration to payroll providers, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
• Comfortable authoring FDDs and leading client workshops in English.
• Nice to have: payroll-partner integration; Viva/Teams HR experiences; data-privacy and localization considerations.
• Certification valued: relevant D365 HR functional credentials where held.
